REINTRODUCING myOMERS


We’ve reimagined myOMERS to provide you with a platform where you can interact with your pension quickly, easily and digitally. Thanks to feedback from our members and the hard work of our team, this new website is now live! If you haven’t already, sign in to your account and have a look around.

WHAT’S NEW:

• Added ability to update your beneficiary online

What do all of these changes mean for you? The site’s fresh design and improved navigation make it easier than ever to access your pension information online. Everything is available at a glance in your user dashboard and several tasks have been streamlined to save you time and energy. For example, you now have the option to update your beneficiary online instead of having to print and submit paper forms. The new site is also mobile-friendly, meaning you can access your account on-the-go, anytime you want.

While we’re proud of the progress we’ve made in improving your myOMERS experience, we know there is more work to be done. This sentiment was best summed up by Diane Jasek, Product Owner, Systems & Digital Experience:

“One of my favorite quotes by Mark Twain says it all: ‘The secret of getting ahead is getting started. The secret of getting started is breaking your complex, overwhelming tasks into small manageable tasks and then starting on the first one.’ This is exactly what the first iteration of myOMERS is. It is just the first step in our journey to provide our clients with an engaging and interactive member portal, to improve their myOMERS experience and to better serve their needs.”
